A comforting herbal combination for times where a serious nap is in need or when the battle with the insomnia dragon can't be won. Lights Out may rock you to sleep without the effects of feeling groggy when you wake up.
Suggested Use: 1-2ml (20-40 drops) under the tongue or in a drink, shortly before bed. Add to a bit of hot water to allow alcohol to evaporate for a non-alcoholic option.
